Manager- Web API

Your Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer – Web API, you will be responsible for developing and delivering defect-free, high-performance web-based applications using C#, ASP.Net, WebAPIs, and Oracle. You’ll work closely with Business Analysts to understand functional and technical specifications, and will be expected to design, develop, test, and support web applications in adherence to hashtag#SDLC and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Analyze functional and technical specifications and ensure clarity before development.

-Design, develop, and unit test applications as per organization standards.

-Develop efficient, maintainable code ensuring application performance and scalability.

-Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex application and logic-related issues.

-Follow the organization's SDLC and Quality Management processes strictly.

-Ensure timely delivery of solutions while maintaining high code quality.

-Review and debug code, and ensure thorough unit testing before deployment

Core Skills Required:

-Strong command of WebAPI, C# DotNet, OOPs, and Entity Framework

-Solid experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ JQuery, LINQ Queries

-Proficient in writing stored procedures and DB management

-Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

-Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

-Understanding of performance, security, and reliability standards.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

-Experience in ERP or dataintensive applications

-Exposure to configuration management and version control

-Must have experience in the Shipping or Transportation domain

-Hands-on experience with fullstack development including Angular + C# API

-Familiarity with SDLC phases from design to deployment

Desired Candidate Profile:

-At least 6 years in a similar development role

-High ownership with a track record of on-time, quality deliveries

-Strong understanding of QA, unit testing, and issue resolution processes

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

-Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Education: BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Computer Science
