Your Role

Implementation and Configuration:
Understand the warehouse management requirements and configure the Manhattan WMOS/Active software to meet business requirement.
Lead and assist in the implementation process, including system setup, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
Collaborating with other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and integration of WMOS solution.
Should have gone through multiple customer lifecycle implementation process including hypercare and post go live support.
Should have experience in leading small teams to ensure customer deliverables.
Hands On experience on SQL, Putty
Hands On experience in reporting tool SCI (IBM Cognos)

Training and Documentation:
Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and utilization of the Manhattan WM system. Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals, training guides, and system configuration documentation.

Support and Issue Resolution:
Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Manhattan WM system. Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions to address system bugs, performance bottlenecks, and operational challenges.
