Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, and implements manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness, including tasks like analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement,
• Designing equipment layouts, troubleshooting issues on the shop floor, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Designs fixtures needed to support the manufacturing process and develops manufacturing drawings for intermediate steps in the manufacturing process for production parts.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts including VSM, Line balancing, Workshop flow designing etc.
• Knowledge of machining processes, tools fixtures, drawing GD&T etc.
• Valve assembly and testing, troubleshooting of assembly issues

Requirements:

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering minimum 3-6Yr or experience.

• Strong organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent Communication Skills
