Marketing Operations Manager
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Bangalore office. This is an amazing opportunity to work with the Eloqua and Salesforce platforms, and we would love to speak with you if you have the necessary skills and drive for excellence.
The Marketing Operations Manager will act as an administrator for Eloqua and is responsible for managing the integration of the marketing automation platform (Eloqua) with three CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure seamless data flow between the systems and proactively researching and developing processes in line within an ever-changing marketing ecosystem. This is a dynamic position that requires a critical-thinking multi-tasker to liaise with marketing, sales, and business operations to keep the platforms running efficiently and effectively.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
A bachelor’s degree holder from any domain.
Minimum 5 years of enterprise-level experience with a marketing automation platform, ideally Eloqua, but others are also considerable.
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, including experience with data management and integration between CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to identify issues, anticipate downstream impact, and deliver high‑quality results independently or in a team.
Excellent verbal and written English, and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams and external stakeholders.
It would be great if you also had:
Skills across HTML/CSS, JavaScript
Understanding of REST and BULK APIs
Experience in an IT support role
What will you be doing in this role?
Maintain and troubleshoot integration programs across three CRMs, analyzing failures and recommending improvements to streamline performance.
Upkeep of the CRM Lead queues and daily checks of lead assignment.
Understand and troubleshoot platform assets including campaigns, programs, emails, landing pages, forms, segments, and data objects while maintaining and updating built‑in email and landing page templates in line with marketing needs and best practices.
Developing, testing, implementing, and documenting of contact programs and processes within production and sandbox environments.
Work within the company’s project management platform (Wrike) to ensure assigned tasks are completed and recorded in a timely manner.
Manage the allocation of licenses and use of sales enablement tools like Eloqua Profiler.
About the Team
We are a team of highly trained Eloqua experts who are integral to ensuring the wider marketing teams are able to run their campaigns, developing and maintaining email, landing page, and form templates, ensuring the synchronization of the marketing automation platform and the CRMs, and provide extensive support of all these efforts where needed. Reporting to a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, the wider team reports to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations.
Hours of Work
Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 11:00pm IST
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the Bangalore office
