Project Role : Mechanical Engineering PractitionerProject Role Description : Design, analyze and build structures, machines, devices, systems and mechanical processes. Generate, build and test functional prototypes to validate feasibility. Identify opportunities for technological innovation.

Summary: As a Mechanical Engineering Practitioner, you will engage in the design, analysis, and construction of various structures, machines, devices, systems, and mechanical processes. Your typical day will involve generating, building, and testing functional prototypes to validate their feasibility. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for technological innovation, ensuring that your contributions lead to advancements in engineering practices and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success. - Conduct thorough testing and analysis of prototypes to ensure they meet design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive Parts. - Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices. - Experience with CAD software for designing mechanical components. - Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Familiarity with materials science and their applications in engineering. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Automotive Parts. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Co-ordination with complete manufacturing function for New Product launch as launch representative for following key activities/task- Ensure DFM & A for all new contents along with ME and PD Ensure MBOM validation for all new model launches Follow up and closure of mfg. related issues with respective function in platform Build planning and ensure timely completion of builds as per plan Timely build at production line as per agreed time plan. Monitoring and updation of launch kit for New models Ensure resolution of Mfg. PIR s /issues before OKTS of the program Responsible for operator training of New models Close co-ordination of parts availability with SCM and Purchase Follow up and closure of Design Review open points Build planning and coordination of mfg. builds with CFT Parts monitoring and follow up with Purchase and SCM
