Responsibilities:
As a Medical officer, you will be responsible for managing the patients inbound and outbound calls
coming to ours help line number. This will include understanding patient problem, Doctor’
advisement, guiding patient about the treatment, procedure, technique, benefits, precautions, post
treatment do’s/don’ts, with necessary follow-ups pre/ post treatment etc.
 Knowledge in medical services and healthcare sector.
 Creating/ ideating content for patients understanding/ benefit.
 Ensuring patient satisfaction and assisting them with their issues/concerns
 Coordinates appointments, referrals for all patients.
 Strategizing ideas to improve conversion.

Required:

Medical inside sales experience/ hospital customer support experience 
 BUMS, BAMS/ BHMS, BDS, Nursing or equivalent medical degree OR medical filed
experience.
 1-3 years’ experience in medical counselling/officer, clinical or institutional setting
 CTC –2.8–4LPA
 Should be fluent in (Kannada &amp; English (Hindi &amp; English) (Punjabi &amp; English/Hindi)
 Prepared immediate joiner

Sharing here the shift timings and weekly offs.
08: 00 to 05:00 pm
08: 30 to 05:30 pm
09:00 to 06:00 pm
10:00 to 07:00 pm
11:00 to 08:00 pm
12:30 to 09:30 pm
Weekly off - Between Mon to Fri
Compulsory working on weekends. 
6 Days working rotational weekly off
