Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior TIBCO Developer with strong expertise in integration development and deployment across on-premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition, SAP Plugins, TIBCO EMS, and modern cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure runtime services. This role requires strong technical leadership, the ability to independently design and develop solutions, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE), TIBCO EMS, and SAP Adapters/Plugins.
• Architect and deploy microservices-based solutions using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Develop and expose APIs with a strong focus on API security, API Gateway usage, and governance policies/patterns.
• Implement TIBCO services in Azure Cloud, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Event Hub.
• Lead and actively contribute to design discussions, technical reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure operational stability of TIBCO integrations.
• Mentor junior developers and guide best practices in TIBCO development and cloud integration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on TIBCO integration experience.
• Strong proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE), SAP Plugins, and TIBCO EMS.
• Practical experience with Docker, containers, and Kubernetes for integration deployment.
• Solid experience in developing APIs with an in-depth understanding of API security, gateway usage, and API management patterns.
• Proven expertise in running TIBCO services on Azure Cloud runtime with exposure to:
  • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  • Azure API Management
  • Azure Service Bus
  • Azure Event Hub
• Ability to design and code independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
