What You’ll Do:

• Rule the world of Sheets (Google & Excel)
• Decode dialler data like a CSI agent
• Track calls, churn, and chaos — and make Dialler metrics look pretty
• Turn numbers into business magic (PowerBI/Tableau/Looker folks, step up!)

You’re Right For Us If You:

• Have 1–1.5 yrs of MIS experience
• Speak fluent Excelese: Pivots, Formulas, Dashboards
• Know the difference between autodial and manual dial
• Can make insights sing
