Data Executive:

Role & responsibilities:

As a Data Executive, you will be responsible for managing and processing data critical to clinic operations. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, generating MIS reports, and facilitating effective communication within our team. Your expertise in Excel familiarity, and strong coordination skills will be vital in supporting our data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, V-lookup, H-lookup, Conditional formatting, Count IF, Sum IF, and other essential formulas, to process and analyze data.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in MIS (Management Information System) and data management practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create delivery files and manipulate data to meet specific project requirements.
• Generate comprehensive MIS reports by compiling and analyzing data from various sources.
• Ensure the accuracy and punctuality of reports and data deliveries, meeting established deadlines.
• Communicate effectively within the team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excel in a collaborative team environment and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
• Handle Doctor Payouts, Salaries calculations, referrals, daily duty roasters for staff etc.

Qualifications:

· Strong knowledge of Excel, with advanced formula skills.

· Proficiency in MIS and data management.

· Exceptional coordination and communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
