ML Scientist II

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Scientist to lead the design and deployment of advanced ML solutions. This role demands strong technical expertise and the ability to translate complex business problems into machine-learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple ML projects deployed in production with proven impact.
• Develop advanced ML solutions using Python and large datasets.
• Apply deep expertise in probability, statistical inference, and classical ML models (e.g., XGBoost, Logistic Regression).
• Build and serve ML APIs to integrate with enterprise systems.
• Communicate complex technical ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end ML solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in machine learning or data science.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with API development.
• Deep understanding of ML and deep learning concepts.
• Experience collaborating with technical and product teams to deliver impactful projects.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with big data frameworks like Spark.
• Basic knowledge of MLOps.
