Job Summary –

AWM Defined Contributions Software Salesforce Developer

Years of experience needed –

 5+ years of proven experience implementing and customizing Salesforce.

Technical Skills

 5+ years of proven experience implementing and customizing Salesforce.

 Proficiency in Salesforce configuration: workflows, validation rules, custom objects, process builder, and flows

 Experience with APEX and Lightning Web Components

 Familiarity with 3 ^rd party integrations, APIs, and email-to-case

 Excellent communication skills, including with non-technical stakeholders

 Experience configuring Salesforce CI/CD is a plus

 Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus

 Be involved in all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC) including effort estimation, the gathering of business requirements, the design, development, reviewing, building, testing, and deployment of commercial scale software changes.

 Design and develop best in class solutions in Salesforce LWC, Apex and other salesforce out of the box products/features.

 Understanding of various integration patterns and design or support salesforce integration with other GS systems.

 Understanding of version control and salesforce metadata to be able to commit changes via GitHub/GitLab.

 Engage with support teams to troubleshoot and solve production issues faced by users

 Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and new features to recommend improvements



Certifications Needed:

• Somebody who has 5 + years of work experience.
‎ • Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
