Job Description

Proactively run daily system and application health checks across the monitoring infrastructure.
Provide first-level support for agent installations, decommissions, and agent reporting issues.
Work on standard changes for monitoring configurations.
Take ownership and resolve monitoring tickets.
On-board new customers onto the monitoring platform.
Prepare design documents in line with defined standards.
Define, plan, and drive the roadmap for future upgrades, new enhancements, and application support installs.

Primary Skills:

Monitoring Tools Expertise with Proficiency in Opsview, Zabbix, and Splunk.
Experience in systems administration including email, web servers, database management, backup management, and storage management.
Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve systems issues.
Ability to work on monitoring configurations and standard changes.
Skills in preparing design documents and technical documentation.
Experience in onboarding new customers and providing support.
