• Learn & successfully complete the requisite on job trainings for the relevant function, technology, or service offering.

• Co-ordinate & work closely with in-country management consulting and Managed Services teams across the globe.

• Be recognized as a subject matter expert on the aligned function, technology, or service offering.

• Effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

 

 

Job Requirements

• Understands the function, technology, or service line strategy & objectives.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment & handle both planned & unplanned responsibilities.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Ability to prioritize workload & execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up & resolution.

• Highly self-motivated, well organized, detail oriented, focus on delivering quality work.

• Uncompromising commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Keen to learn, train & certify themselves in pertinent technology & functional solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of ITIL & ITSM tools like Service Now, Jira etc.,
  • Basics understanding of Azure, Power Bi, Application / Tech Support knowledge
  • Basic understanding of Manual Testing concepts, prior experience is an added advantage.
  • Ability to lead and work independently with minimal direction
  • Strong communication (oral and written), leadership, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to assess processes, identify gaps, and push open items towards resolution.
  • Well organized with good prioritization/workload management abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, Strong problem solving, troubleshooting & analytical skills.
  • Ability to visualize data and prepare dashboard and report using various advance tools.
  • Curiosity to understand business environments & build commercial awareness.
