MSBI Developer

Work Experience: 3-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy MSBI solutions using SQL Server, Power BI, SSIS, and SSAS
• Create and optimize stored procedures, DAX queries, and data models to drive business insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data visualizations and reports
• Develop and maintain data warehouses, data marts, and ETL processes using SSIS and SSAS
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by implementing data validation and error handling mechanisms
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through effective communication skills.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Streamsets, and Kafka is a plus
• Proficiency in Python programming language with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and basic prompting techniques is desirable
• Experience with data engineering, data science, or business intelligence is an asset
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
• Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines

Additional Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL Server and Power BI
• Proven experience in developing stored procedures, DAX queries, SSIS, and SSAS
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
