My SQL DBA Lead

• Good knowledge of MYSQL architecture. • Must Have Knowledge on MYSQL GTID replication Master slave and troubleshooting. • Must have knowledge of setting MYSQL Query tuning, troubleshooting. • Must have good knowledge of Performance tuning of MYSQL databases. • Must have good knowledge of MYSQL database up-gradation. • Installation and configuration of MySQL on Linux. • Understanding MYSQL Backup & Recovery and having experience in 'mysqlbackup' will have added advantage. • Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams. • Should have good experience in database monitoring and having experience in 'MySQL enterprise monitor' will be a added advantage. • Good Knowledge on Linux Shell Scripting. • Good knowledge on MySQL versions (5.7.X and 8.0.x ) and engines such as InnoDB and MyISAM. • Good Knowledge on Linux Shell Scripting. • Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems. • Knowledge on Analytical and Problem-Solving techniques. • Knowledge on Preparing RCA. • Knowledge on Change Management Process. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Ability to organize and plan work independently. • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. • Having Oracle DB, MS-SQL knowledge will have added advantage. • Able to handle 10+ team size, prepare roster, managing team conflict. • Ability to manage stakeholders.
