Job Summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced nCino Product Engineer with strong expertise in the nCino Loan Origination System (LOS) to join our team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining nCino LOS solutions tailored to business needs. The position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality banking technology solutions, driving business objectives through effective system integration, workflow optimization, and collaborative stakeholder engagement. The Product Engineer will contribute directly to the success of client projects by leveraging deep domain and technical knowledge.

Software Requirements

Required:

• nCino Loan Origination System Configuration and Administration (minimum 3 years)

• Salesforce APEX Development (proficient, hands-on experience)

• nCino/Salesforce Integration Development

• Workflow Development and Maintenance within nCino

• nCino Data Migration experience

• Cloud Security principles and DevOps practices related to nCino deployments

Preferred:

• nCino Product Certification

• Salesforce Certification

• AWS Certification (for cloud infrastructure familiarity)

Overall Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain nCino Loan Origination Systems to meet client requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional solutions.

• Develop and customize workflows, APEX code, and integrations to optimize loan origination processes.

• Manage data migration activities and ensure data integrity during system implementations.

• Coordinate multiple nCino modules, understanding their dependencies and functional impacts.

• Participate actively in the complete product lifecycle, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.

• Provide technical guidance and influence cross-functional teams to enhance productivity.

• Own and manage assigned tasks independently, driving them to completion without supervision.

• Communicate effectively with senior and executive management, presenting ideas and solutions clearly.

Technical Skills (By Category)

Programming Languages:

• Required: Salesforce APEX (essential)

• Preferred: Experience with scripting and integration tools related to Salesforce and nCino

Databases/Data Management:

• Required: Experience with data migration and data handling within nCino and Salesforce

Cloud Technologies:

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with nCino Loan Origination System implementations.

• Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce APEX development and nCino configuration.

• Functional experience in commercial loan origination or similar banking domains.

• Experience managing multiple nCino modules and understanding their interdependencies.

• Demonstrated client-facing experience collaborating with business stakeholders.

• Prior success in driving end-to-end product lifecycle for nCino solutions.

• Certifications in nCino, Salesforce, and AWS are highly preferred.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Collaborate with business teams to refine requirements and develop nCino system specifications.

• Configure and customize nCino Loan Origination System modules according to client needs.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce APEX code and integrations with external systems.

• Oversee and execute data migration and validation efforts.

• Participate in technical design reviews, testing, and issue resolution.

• Provide status updates and communicate progress to management and stakeholders.

• Influence and guide team members through knowledge sharing and technical leadership.

• Engage in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience.

• Certifications in nCino, Salesforce, and AWS are desirable.
