.Net Application Support
Entry-level professional individual contributor who works under close supervision.
Essential Functions.
• Work with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines
• Work with customers and project management teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Build, document and maintain new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions
• Ensure quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans
• Contribute towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base
• Collaborate with the development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations
• Working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MCA
- 1.5+ years of relevant exp in .NET and MS SQL support.
- Experience in cloud Bigdata concepts like Databricks on Azure OR EMR on AWS
- Willing to work on rotational shift
- Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills Intermediate
- Quick Learner
- Powerful work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction
