•	Manage the change, incident and problem queue within ITIL framework.
•	Drive vulnerability remediation for WIFI infrastructure.
•	Responsible for handling P1/Major Incident and Escalated Issue.
•	Technical connect with customer in daily/weekly/Monthly meeting and periodical Tools report to stakeholders.
•	Collaboration with all the Domain leads to manage the requirements.
•	Vendor management skills along with timeline management to complete the activities.
•	Should work in shifts and on call support whenever needed.
