Office Assistant- Job Description
As Office Assistant, you will be responsible for Opening the Office on time, cleaning the tables & computers, serve tea to guests & key employees of office. Along with that packaging goods and preparing them for shipping. You will work closely with other members of the warehouse team to ensure that packages are shipped on time and according to the required specifications.


Responsibilities:
Prepare packaging materials for goods to be shipped.
Pack the goods safely and securely to avoid damage during transportation.
Label packages with shipping labels and other identifying information.
Maintain an inventory of packaging materials and ensure that they are properly stocked.
Clean and maintain the packaging area, including disposing of waste materials and keeping the area tidy.
Communicate with other members of the warehouse team and courier service to ensure that packages are shipped on time and according to the required specifications.
Opening the Office on time, cleaning the tables & computers, serve tea to guests & key employees of office.
Shift the Baskets from One floor to another floor through lift. 
Have to travel on two wheeler to visit the banks. 

Candidate Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in packaging or a related field preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic communication skills.
Must read & write “English” 
Must have 2 Wheeler driving license. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
