As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will engage in discussions to align operational strategies with business objectives, ensuring that all services meet the required standards and expectations. Your role will also include monitoring system performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud networking solutions.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Experience in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions.
- Familiarity with network security practices and tools.
