Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and meet the established service levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting processes and providing insights to improve operational workflows, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of cloud service models, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. - Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
