Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all systems run efficiently and effectively to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance service delivery. - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services. - Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of production systems. - Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes. - Ability to work with automation tools to streamline operations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
