Operations Manager, MM Pickup

We are seeking an experienced L5 Operations Manager to lead strategic profiling initiatives and network optimization programs across our transportation and fulfillment network. This role will drive expansion of ASIN dimension profiling coverage, enable clawback mechanisms across multiple business lines, and optimize operational dashboards for enhanced decision-making.

Key job responsibilities
1. Profiling Strategy & Expansion: Define and implement profiling coverage strategy across all seller business verticals and create comprehensive inventory of ASINs profiled across all businesses and develop clawback proposals for all seller businesses. Explore and execute expansion of ASIN coverage by integrating inputs from external e-commerce websites. Design and implement mechanisms to integrate additional profiling information from third-party sources into truck planning systems. Increase and refine focus profiling program scope through collaboration with business teams.
2. Clawback Program Management: Collaborate with all seller business network and enable and operationalize clawback mechanisms, monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities
3. Operational Excellence & Reporting: Deliver weekly profiling operations updates to leadership and cross-functional teams. Streamline zero volume node data ingestion across Finance, Transportation, and Middle Mile Pickup dashboards. Maintain and optimize daily operational dashboards for real-time visibility. Lead wasted truck reduction initiatives to improve cost efficiency
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business teams, technology teams, and external stakeholders to drive profiling initiatives. Work closely with Finance, Transportation Planning, and Middle Mile operations teams. Collaborate with data engineering teams to enhance data pipeline reliability.

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
