Operations Manager – Service Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead service delivery teams and drive operational efficiency
• Manage resources, budgets, and process improvements
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to optimize service levels
• Monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvements

Who We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in operations or service delivery management
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Background in manufacturing service delivery (a plus!)
• Experience with BI platform implementation (added advantage)
