Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant

An experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS Consultant who can join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6–12 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle implementations, technical and functional support, and ongoing optimization of Oracle EBS HRMS modules. This role offers the flexibility to work from any major city across India.

Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related discipline.
•    More than 7 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules.
•    Proven track record of participating in at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle EBS HRMS implementations.
•    Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Self Service HR (SSHR), and other HRMS modules.

•   Ability to translate complex business requirements into Oracle HRMS solutions.
•    Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:
•    Oracle Certification in HRMS or Cloud HCM.
•    Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (added advantage).
•    Exposure to Agile project methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud implementations including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.•   Customize and extend Oracle Cloud functionalities using personalization, workflow, and related tools in line with business requirements.•    Develop and deliver functional specifications, configuration documents, and end-user training materials.
•    Support integration efforts with  third-party systems.
•    Adhere to best practices in application security, data privacy, and compliance as per company and Oracle standards.
•    Mentor junior team members and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
