Technical Analyst

Oracle’s Support organization is focused on helping customers realize value from their Oracle investments through responsive, high-quality post‑sales support. The team acts as a trusted advisor—resolving functional and technical inquiries, managing escalations, and guiding customers in the effective use of Oracle Electronic Support Services. As a Fusion ERP Consultant within the Support organization, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, resolving post‑sales inquiries and supporting functional and technical troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. You will leverage strong knowledge of Finance business processes and reporting (OTBI, Smart View, FRS, BI Publisher) along with SQL/PLSQL skills to diagnose issues, deliver high-quality reporting outputs, and guide customers through escalations. You may also contribute to discovery sessions, estimations, POCs, and solutioning efforts, and be flexible to work from client locations when required.
