Tech Mahindra is hiring Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant to join our Oracle practice.

Experience: 8+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Requirements:

• Overall 8+ years of relevant IT experience
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
• Expertise in any of these modules:
• US Payroll, OTL, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, ORC with Talent Management, Security
• Worked on at least 2 implementations with exposure to Fusion HCM modules
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle: from documenting requirements to troubleshooting & support
