Summary: As a Database Administrator, you will design, implement, and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your typical day will involve installing database management systems, developing procedures for daily maintenance, and resolving any issues that arise, all while collaborating with team members to enhance database functionality and security. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor database performance and implement necessary optimizations. - Document database configurations, procedures, and changes for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries. - Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for database systems. - Knowledge of data security practices and compliance requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
