IT Service Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Service Delivery Lead to spearhead a team collaborating with
Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs). The successful candidate will
be responsible for designing and implementing a new Target Operating Model (TOM) for the consumption of IT
services, sourced from both offshore captive centers and third-party service providers, to optimize internal
operations.
This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in leading teams spanning infrastructure,
application development, service management, Infosec and AI, to build and scale high-performing technology
teams. The ideal candidate will also oversee third-party vendor relationships in India, ensuring seamless delivery
and alignment with global standards.

 

. Strategic Leadership:
o Define and execute the technology delivery roadmap, aligning with Member firms’ priorities.
o Lead digital transformation initiatives.
. Team Management:
o Set up and lead cross-functional teams across infrastructure, application development, Infosec and AI.
o Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
. Technology and Operations:
o Provide hands-on leadership in delivery transformation.
o Apply deep GCC knowledge to drive scalable, efficient execution and integration with global processes.
. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
o Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers in India.
o Collaborate closely with Member Firm stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
. Performance and Governance:
o Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics to ensure delivery excellence and mitigate
risks during execution.
o Stay well-informed of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to firmwide goals.

• Overall 20+ years of work experience in the tech space and specifically, with at least 10+; years in
  technology leadership roles, preferably in GCC environments.
• Proven success in executing and adapting GCC transformation strategies to real-world conditions
• Strong skills in mapping and managing complex stakeholder networks in high-pressure settings, with
  experience working with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and CDOs of large organizations.
• Deep knowledge of third-party service provider management, including vendor oversight and optimization.
• Familiarity with technologies like cloud, AI, or automation in GCC program execution.
• Proven track record in setting up and scaling technology teams across infrastructure, application
  development, Infosec, and AI.
• Experience with Big-4 firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) is preferred.
• Experience working within a muti-platform environment, with the ability to understand and appreciate
  compliance, information security and other business considerations.
