PCB/PCBA Technology Engineer

Description

We are seeking a Technologist Engineer to join our innovative telecommunications team. The role includes:

• Manage PCB/PCBA areas for all technological aspects across Ceragon products.
• Approve and implement new technologies for PCB fabrication and assembly.
• Implement DFM analysis to support PCB manufacturability and provide feedback to design teams.
• Choose and qualify PCB suppliers to meet Ceragon technology requirements.
• Provide technical support to PCB suppliers for process optimization and yield improvement.
• Provide technical support to all PCBA subcontractors, including audits and troubleshooting.
• Lead PCB failure analysis as part of RMA activities, driving root cause and corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain Ceragon's PCB library (footprints, symbols, 3D models).
• Oversee materials qualification, including soldering materials, adhesives, and cleaning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in PCB process engineering or equivalent role in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong independent work abilities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and supplier management.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
