Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM modules. The role involves designing, developing, upgrading, and supporting technical solutions across Finance modules, ensuring scalable, high-performance, and compliant system implementations. The candidate will work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Work independently as well as with team on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 application with People Tools 8.56 or higher tools version

Your role in our mission

1. Technical Development & Customization
• Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions for PeopleSoft FSCM applications in PeopleSoft 9.2.
• Convert Functional Design Documents (FDD) into scalable and efficient Technical Design Documents (TDD).
• Develop and customize objects using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and Excel to CI.

2. Reporting and Analytics
• Develop and enhance BI Publisher / XML Publisher reports.
• Create and maintain PS nVision reports for financial and operational reporting.
• Write complex SQL queries and report objects to meet business requirements.
• Optimize reporting performance and troubleshoot data accuracy issues.
• Strong experience in creating and tuning SQR reports.

3. Upgrades & PUM Support
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft PUM Image updates and Tools upgrades.
• Perform impact analysis and retrofitting of customizations during PUM adoption cycles.
• Execute object comparison, retrofitting, testing, and post‑upgrade stabilization.
• Collaborate with DBA and infrastructure teams during upgrade cycles to ensure smooth deployments.

4. Data Migrations and Interface Support
• Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations across modules.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, file‑based loads, and Component Interface issues.
• Resolve data discrepancies and ensure accurate data migration across environments.

5. Testing and Production Support
• Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles with functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.

What we're looking for

Technical Expertise
• Strong experience as a Technical Consultant in PeopleSoft FSCM.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine (AE), SQR, Component Interface (CI), and Excel to CI.
• Hands‑on experience in BI Publisher / XML Publisher, PS nVision reporting, and SQR report development.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft table structures, metadata, and object relationships.
• Experience working with Integration Broker (preferred).
• Experience in PUM Image adoption, retrofitting, and analyzing customization impacts.
