Position Overview
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, launching and optimizing high-velocity paid campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue for our SaaS product suite.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-end campaign build, bid strategy, creative testing and conversion-rate optimization
- Keep a complete ownership of tracking leads via paid marketing and optimization of CAC
- Allocate and re-forecast spend daily/weekly to hit SQL, pipeline and revenue goals while safeguarding efficient CPA.
- Build dashboards, manage UTMs, ensure first-party data capture and present insights to leadership monthly.
Requirements
You are perfect for the role if you have...- 2-3 years of performance marketing experience with B2B SaaS company.
- Proven ownership of >$30 k monthly ad spend (or equivalent annual budget).
- Deep platform expertise: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Twitter/X Ads.
- Strong command of attribution, incrementality testing, and funnel analytics.
Bonus skills:
- Programmatic OOH/DOOH and geotargeting.
- Negotiating newsletter swaps, sponsored segments and guest podcast appearances.
- B2B influencer identification and relationship management.
- CTV planning and buying experience for B2B audiences.
