Account Management – Work Dynamics

 

What this job involves:                                                                                                            

The Performance Manager is responsible for driving contractual, operational, and performance excellence across assigned account. This role ensures KPI compliance, process optimization, contract governance, and quality & labor compliance, while acting as a Strategic Advisor to senior account leadership. The position requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

KPI & Performance Management

  • Ensure full compliance with client-defined KPIs through effective governance with operations teams.

  • Establish and manage KPI governance frameworks to monitor performance and address gaps proactively.

  • Prepare, validate, and submit monthly KPI reports to clients.

  • Lead and conduct monthly performance review meetings with clients, including presentation of insights, trends, and corrective actions.

Process Management & Optimization

  • Drive process optimization initiatives, leveraging technology-based solutions to improve productivity, compliance, and efficiency.

  • Identify process gaps and simplification opportunities to enhance operational performance.

  • Lead regular process review governance sessions with operations teams to ensure adherence to defined processes and policies.

Contract Management

  • Drive contract amendments and ensure effective implementation of all contractual requirements on the ground.

  • Identify and close gaps between contractual obligations and service delivery.

  • Manage contract changes, variations, and related documentation in coordination with internal and client stakeholders.

  • Design and deliver contract management and compliance training for internal teams and vendors.

Quality & Compliance Management

  • Ensure monthly labor law compliance across all vendors, including documentation and audits.

  • Establish governance mechanisms to track compliance risks and remediation actions.

  • Drive continuous improvement through process simplification and standardization.

Strategic Advisor

  • Act as a strategic advisor to account leadership by providing high-quality analytical insights.

  • Anticipate probable KPI or contractual failures and recommend corrective and preventive action plans.

  • Lead discussions with operations teams on the progress of the annual strategic plan, track execution against defined milestones, and recommend corrective actions to address any deviations.

  • Develop clear and effective communication content for internal teams on key initiatives, changes, and priorities.

  • Manage data, dashboards, and performance insights on behalf of account management to support informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

  • In-depth understanding of KPI management, governance models, and performance reporting.

  • Solid knowledge of contract management, amendments, and change management.

  • Experience in process optimization and technology-enabled solutions.

  • Working knowledge of labor compliance requirements and vendor governance.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

  • Strong presentation, documentation, and training capabilities.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field

  • 10-12 years of experience in performance management, operations governance, contract management, or a similar role.

  • Experience working in client-facing roles and managing multi-vendor environments is highly desirable.
