Your role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedPerformance Tester with 4+ years of expereinceto join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools likeLoadRunner, and a solid understanding of performance engineering principles. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test strategies to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications.

Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and plans.
Script, execute, and troubleshoot performance tests usingHP LoadRunner.
Track and report test execution results with a focus on quality and performance KPIs.
Document test outcomes and support ongoing performance metrics and risk analysis.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and objectivity in performance data reporting.
Analyze discrepancies and determine root causes of performance issues.

HP LoadRunner (Scripting, Controller, Analysis)
Apache JMeter
WebLOAD
Performance Engineering concepts
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic)
