Performance Tester with Neoload

Area(s) of responsibility

• 4-7 years of experience on any Web Apps/ SAP/ API's
• Define the  test plan/ strategy/ approach for Load and Performance Testing
• Identify the performance scope and requirements in collaboration with SME's
• Excellent hands on knowledge in Neoload Performance Testing Tool
• Be able to develop, maintain and execute test scripts in Neoload
• Be able to develop work load model (user count, sessions, duration, TPS, hits)
• Identify and Prepare test data required for performance testing
• Should know Test management tools like Spira
• Capture statistics and identify potential performance bottlenecks
• Prepare Executive summary report after performance testing
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Be able to identify the issues during load testing, and fix the scripts
• Be able to identify the bottlenecks and report back to the project teams
