Job Description
- Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and plans.
- Gather and analyze Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) from stakeholders.
- Develop performance test scripts using tools likeLoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, SilkPerformer, or RPT.
- Conduct end-to-end performance testing including load, stress, soak, and spike testing.
- Monitor system performance usingAPM toolssuch asDynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to performance testing best practices.
