As a Physical Design Engineer, a typical day involves transforming logical circuit schematics into detailed physical layouts while focusing on optimizing critical parameters such as area, power consumption, and timing performance. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of physical design methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews to ensure design integrity and compliance with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Physical Design.
- Strong knowledge of placement and routing techniques in integrated circuit design.
- Experience with clock tree synthesis and timing closure methodologies.
- Familiarity with design for manufacturability and design rule checks.
- Ability to analyze and optimize power, area, and timing trade-offs in complex designs.
- Skilled in collaborating with verification and timing teams to resolve design issues.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
