Who We're Looking For Placement Coordinator

If you have a track record of successfully driving outcomes from a Pre-Sales/Sales team, achieving monthly sales qualified-leads targets, and thrive in a high-growth startup environment, you're the ideal candidate for this role.

Responsibilities:

- Research corporate entities interested in Micro Degree's placement offerings and drive business growth.

- Manage the complete sales life cycle for individual corporate clients.

- Cultivate and nurture positive business relationships with potential corporate clients.

- Conduct effective communication with decision-makers, conduct product demos, and host sessions for institutions.

- Proactively identify process improvements within the B2B lead funnel.

- Analyze and provide valuable feedback on customer behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to the business team.

- Evaluate the market potential of your territory, meticulously track sales progress, and maintain comprehensive corporate databases.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 1+ years of proven experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Software/SaaS sales.

- Demonstrated ability to build systematic sales funnels, prioritize tasks, gather feedback, and consistently exceed targets within specified deadlines.

- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities to effectively engage decision-makers.

- A strong work ethic, dedication, and unwavering determination are highly desirable qualities.

Salary: Upto 3.5LPA
