PLSQL Lead

Design, develop, and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing Handle data modeling, schema design, and database enhancements Support integrations with applications built using Java/.NET/ETL tools Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting Exposure to ETL tools, reporting tools, or data warehousing concepts Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, APEX, or BI tools Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Prior experience in BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, or Retail domains Lead a team of PL/SQL developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship Participate in architecture and design discussions for database solutions Review code and enforce best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks Estimate efforts, plan deliverables, and manage technical risks
