PLSQL Lead

• Primary skills:Technology->Oracle->PL,SQL Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views to support business applications. • Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into efficient database solutions using Oracle PL/SQL. • Optimize and tune PL/SQL code and Oracle queries for performance, scalability, and reliability in high-volume environments. • Perform impact analysis, data modeling support, and database object design aligned with project and enterprise standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to PL/SQL code, database objects, and data integrity in a timely manner. • Collaborate with application developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between database and application layers. • Implement and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and best practices for Oracle PL/SQL development. • Support deployment activities, including script preparation, execution, and post-deployment validation in multiple environments. • Create and maintain technical documentation for database objects, data flows, and PL/SQL components. • Mentor junior developers on Oracle PL/SQL concepts, performance tuning techniques, and debugging practices. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (BE, BTECH, ME, MTECH, MCA, BCA, MSC). • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development in enterprise environments. • Strong expertise in writing and maintaining complex PL/SQL code (packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, and cursors). • Solid experience working with Oracle databases, including schema design, indexes, constraints, and data integrity management. • Proven ability to analyze requirements, design database solutions, and deliver high-quality PL/SQL components independently. • Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving performance and data-related issues in Oracle environments.
