Customer Project Manager 2

Required Skills (Must Have and should meet all the below standards for qualifying to this role)

6+ years of project management experience in comparable industries:
Experience in managing IT Infra projects
Experience in end-to-end project management of medium & complex projects spanning for more than 6 months
Handled tracks/ workstreams/ projects independently as part of large programs/ portfolios
Managed the project from start to completion including the resolution of escalated project issues
Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial, resource and material requirements
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to work during weekends if required (for maintenance/ migration activities, handling escalations etc.
Desired Skills (Good to have as value add to this role)

Agile project management
Telcom/ Service Provider Infrastructure experience is preferred
Technical knowledge on Cisco hardware and software
Experience in contract Change Management process
Experience in managing Partner delivery and commercials when 3rdparty technicaldelivery resources are engaged
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Project, Jira / Rally
