Polymer Sales Executive

We are hiring Sales & Business Development Executives with 0–2 years experience strictly in plastics, polymers, masterbatch, additives, or engineering plastics industry.

⚠️ Candidates without plastics / polymer industry exposure are requested NOT to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers in plastics processing industries

• Promote masterbatches, polymer compounds, additives, and specialty polymer solutions

• Generate leads and build strong customer relationships

• Visit new customers and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients

• Prepare sales plans and demand forecasts

• Conduct market analysis and track industry trends

• Monitor competitor strategies and positioning

Eligible Industry Background (MANDATORY):

• Masterbatches

• Polymer compounds

• Plastic raw materials

• Additives / specialty chemicals for plastics

• Engineering plastics

Qualification (Mandatory):

• CIPET (Preferred)

• Diploma in Polymer Technology

• B.Sc. (Chemistry / Polymer Science)

• Science Graduate + MBA (Marketing preferred)

❌ Mechanical / FMCG / Pharma / IT / General sales background candidates will NOT be considered.

Experience: 0–2 years
