The Role 

We are looking for a Power Platform Operations Engineer to manage and optimize the technical environment supporting Power Platform. This role focuses on platform administration, environment management, integration with Azure services, and enforcing governance policies.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Platform Administration: Manage Power Platform environments, capacity, data policies, and user access. 
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor platform health, usage, and performance using the CoE toolkit and admin centre. 
  • Automation and Integration: Support integration with Azure services, APIs, and data connectors. 
  • Security and Governance: Implement and enforce data loss prevention (DLP) policies, role-based access controls, and environment strategies. 
  • Incident and Problem Management: Respond to platform incidents and coordinate resolutions with Microsoft or internal teams. 
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain system documentation, change logs, and dashboards for usage analytics. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Microsoft updates, new features, and best practices to improve platform operations 
  • Governance and Compliance: Monitor environments and applications for adherence to platform governance and data policies. 
  • Remote Collaboration: Work closely with UK-based team members, demonstrating flexibility in communication and project delivery across different time zones. 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in Power Platform administration and Azure operations.
  • Working knowledge of Dataverse, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Understanding of DLP policies, connectors, and tenant governance.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities. 

Desirable Skills 

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Administrator (PL-600) or Azure Administrator (AZ-104). 
  • Experience with CoE Starter Kit and monitoring tools. 
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and operational governance frameworks.
