We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to provide deep technical leadership, drive engineering excellence, and influence product direction across our SaaS ecosystem. In this role, you will architect, design, and deliver high‑quality software solutions while guiding teams, shaping processes, and championing innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead architecture, design, and development of complex, enterprise‑grade features and platforms.
• Drive technical excellence through standards, code reviews, quality practices, and engineering governance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and guide adoption across teams to improve performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor engineers, support talent development, and promote a high‑performance engineering culture.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to shape technical roadmaps and reduce technical debt.
• Solve complex technical challenges and influence decisions across teams, stakeholders, and customers.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience building and scaling SaaS or product‑based systems.
• Deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API, Microservices, Cloud (Azure/AWS), SQL Server, and modern engineering practices.
• Strong architectural and systems thinking—microservices, containers, CI/CD, security, performance.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive engineering transformation.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Financial Services.
• Knowledge of identity & access technologies (OAuth, Okta, ADFS, Identity Server).
• Experience with CMS platforms like Umbraco or SharePoint.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science (required).
• Experience leading and delivering complex product initiatives in agile environments.
