Job Summary

Formal training or certification on ServiceNow platform concepts and proficient applied experience. Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow Modules (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, etc..) . Has knowledge on the automation/orchestration functionalities of ServiceNow. Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, can debug issues and find new ways of proactive monitoring to ensure platform stability. Ability to mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Strong communication skills should be able to clarify requirements with stakeholders and well as work collaboratively with the team.

Years of experience needed – 5-9 year.

Qualification: BE Computer science or MCA or MSc Computer science .

Technical Skills:

 Service now development and implementation experience on ITSM or ITOM or SecOps or GRC modules.

 Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists

 Experience on creation and customization of complex workflows and custom workflow activities

 Experience in development of custom modules/Application.

 Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX, JSON, CSS

 Webservices, SOAP, email, and other integration

 Experience working with Performance Analytics, email notifications, inbound actions, reports, gauges, and home pages

 knowledge on AngularJS, Bootstrap and service mapping will be added advantage

 Expertise on API integrations with other systems

 Expertise on flow designer

 Exposure to instance upgrade

 Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

 Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs.

 Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

 Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Certifications Needed:

 CSA and CIS(ITSM)/CAD

 ITIL V4
