Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.
• Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into the development process as appropriate.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the engineering team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development and engineering management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern development frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
