Inviting applications for the role of Principle Consultant Informatica IDMC expert finance domain
Role Overview:
Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance Finance Master Data Management (MDM) solutions on Informatica IDMC platform. Ensure financial master data quality, integrity, and seamless integration across ERP, accounting, and finance systems while supporting operational and enhancement activities for finance-related data domains.
Key Responsibilities
•    Design and implement financial master data models, hierarchies, and governance rules in R360 (Finance/Reference 360)
•    Develop and maintain data integration flows, transformation logic, and validation rules within IDMC (CDI/CAI) for finance entities (GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers, business units, legal entities)
•    Build and optimize finance data workflows, enrichment processes, and survivorship logic for accurate financial reporting
•    Manage chart of accounts structure, hierarchies, and financial dimension mappings across multiple ERP instances
•    Troubleshoot and resolve finance data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
•    Execute enhancement requests: new financial attributes, validation rules, UI improvements, and integration expansions
•    Support bulk upload operations, data migration, and mapping table management for financial master data entities
•    Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams on financial data governance and audit requirements (SOX compliance, audit trails)
•    Perform testing, regression analysis, and validate changes in Dev/Test environments before production deployment
•    Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and process maps for finance MDM operations
•    Participate in L1/L2 incident triage and resolution for finance data issues
•    Support integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting platforms (Hyperion, Cognos, Tableau)

Required Skills & Experience
•    Informatica IDMC: Expert in R360, CDI, CAI configuration and development
•    Data Modeling: Strong understanding of financial data models, GL hierarchies, and dimensional modeling
•    Integration: Experience with REST APIs, batch processing, and real-time data integration
•    SQL/Scripting: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or shell scripting for data manipulation and automation
•    ERP Systems: Working knowledge of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial workflows
•    Financial Concepts: Understanding of chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, legal entities, and financial dimensions
•    Testing: Knowledge of data validation, regression testing, and quality assurance procedures
•    Tools: ServiceNow (or similar ticketing), Git, monitoring dashboards, logging frameworks
•    Data Governance: Understanding of financial data quality standards, MDM best practices, and compliance requirements (SOX, audit)

Preferred Qualifications
•    Informatica certifications (IDMC, R360, Data Integration)
•    Experience with financial reporting platforms (Hyperion, Cognos, Tableau, Power BI)
•    Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) for financial analytics
•    Exposure to AI/ML-driven financial analytics and anomaly detection
•    Knowledge of accounting principles and financial consolidation processes
•    Agile/Scrum experience and cross-functional collaboration
•    Prior experience in finance, accounting, or financial data management domains
