Your Responsibilities:
As a Process Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across our Global Business Services (GBS) organization striving to reach world class standards within GBS. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven professional with a passion for process improvement and a strong understanding of GBS/GCC operations. The ideal candidate will have strong project execution skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

  • Lead global and regional initiatives to streamline and optimize finance-related GCC including GBS processes (e.g., RTR, STP, PTC) ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Facilitate Lean workshops and Kaizen events to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to transition and transformation projects within GBS and GCC
  • Analyze process performance data to uncover inefficiencies, trends, and root causes.
  • Translate business needs and customer feedback into actionable insights and improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive adoption of best practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by coaching GCC teams on Lean principles and problem-solving techniques.
  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Liaise with Data CoE teams and ensure GCC KPIs are properly managed
  • Ensure alignment with global GCC/GBS strategy, governance, and finance transformation goals.
Your Profile:
  • University degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field;
  • Advanced certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green, preferably Black Belt) or Project Management are required
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in operational excellence, within a Finance, GBS/GCC environment,
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Record to Report, Source to Pay, Prospect to Cash).
  • Proven track record of executing CI projects using Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, VSM, or similar methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cultures and time zones.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
