Process Improvement Adherence (PIA) - Caller


Role Overview:

We are seeking a Process Improvement Adherence (PIA) professional to join our team in Bangalore. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to operational standards, quality checks, and communication processes across teams. You will play a key part in maintaining organizational integrity by analyzing data and collaborating with multiple departments.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Check:

- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, including call time adherence and work timings.

- Collaborate with HRBP, sales, and other teams to detect and resolve discrepancies.

2. Data Analysis:

- Work on provided datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.

- Validate information to ensure authenticity and adherence to company standards.

3. Onboarding Oversight:

- Verify if new joiners are onboarded smoothly and feel welcomed.

4. Reporting & Communication:

- Maintain records of quality checks and report findings to the management.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English and Hindi.


Requirements:

- Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in a calling/tele-calling role.

- Freshers: Welcome to apply if you possess strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.

- Skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in handling data.


Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
