Associate Consultant for PM tech

• Design and develop data model and create data pipelines to extract and transform process data from various ERP and custom applications using SQL, Python or ETL tools (e.g: SSIS, Alteryx, Informatica, Talend).

• Perform validation checks on data and identify data quality issues. 

• Work with process data, define KPIs and create dashboards using Process Mining tools.

• Exhibit strong knowledge of the business processes and have the ability and desire to quickly learn new products via training, enablement, certifications, etc.

• Participate in client workshops to understand the business process and various IT systems/backends.

• Working knowledge of one or more process mining tools (Celonis, Signavio or ARIS)

• Knowledge on ERP systems 

• Experience in Supply Chain or Procurement is a strong plus

• Minimum 2 years of experience in process improvement or technology consulting, professional services.

• Strong hand-on experience in Relational databases, SQL, ETL and Python

• Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, any of the Engineering disciplines, or a related field from an accredited college/university
